Location of ATM Machines
There is one ATM machine located near Merchants Square. It’s located inside the Barnes & Noble Bookstore on the first floor. The Bookstore opens at 9a.m. on Sunday. There is also an ATM machine located on the southeast corner of Duke of Gloucester Street & Henry Street, outside the same building as the Colonial Williamsburg Ticket Office.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are located on the southeast corner of Duke of Gloucester Street & Henry Street, in the same building as the Colonial Williamsburg Ticket Office. There will be Junior Woman’s Club members walking around throughout the show. For artists that are working the show alone and in need of a bathroom break, please find a Junior woman. She may sit at your booth while you’re away, but for no more than 15 minutes. We’re happy to help you!
Parking
A parking pass will be included in your registration packet. Please be sure to display it on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. Parking is not allowed on Henry Street. All vehicles must be moved to the permanent parking area after unloading (see map). Access to this lot is gained through Grigsby Drive. From the site of the show on Duke of Gloucester and North Boundary, follow South Boundary past Berrett’s Restaurant and turn right onto Grigsby. This is a one way road that circles the Plant facility and leads directly into the large parking lot at the bottom of the hill. Look for signs directing you to the lot.
Show Layout
Each year we work with the Virginia Gazette to provide a map of the show for the community and show attendees which will be included as an insert in the paper. It will also be handed out on the day of the show.

Leading up to the event, we’ll be promoting the show on social media and would appreciate if you helped spread the word by following us on social media and sharing posts. If you would like to share your artwork or photos from previous years, use the hashtag, #AOTS19 on Instagram and Twitter.
